“I traveled from Kent to purchase a shotgun from you on Saturday (the ATA Arms SP Sporter) and I would just like to take the opportunity to say what a pleasure the gentleman that served me, made the whole experience. Your customer service is outstanding, truly head and shoulders above any of my local gun shops. “As a returner to the world of shooting after many years absence I have just purchased my first brand new shotgun. In the course of doing my research I have had dealings with a dozen or more gunshops recently as well as the many exhibitors at the Great British Shooting Show. Generally the standard of service and customer care has been lamentable, ranging from promised return call never happening to being made to feel almost an inconvenience to the shop staff. However my dealings with Emmett and Stone have restored my faith in good, knowledgeable, polite customer service. The staff there were exceedingly helpful both on the phone and in person, and their attitude and approach to customer service is head and shoulders above any other shop I have used.” - Scott

"I’m emailing to let you know about the excellent service I received from Emmett & Stone, Little Marlow, on Thursday. I purchased a new S400 two weeks ago but was having problems with the gauge. I rang and spoke to ‘Chris’ in Technical early last week and he suggested I go to Emmett & Stone for them to check it as they were my closest Air Arms agent. I went along on Thursday morning where they replaced the gauge (the old one was still registering pressure having been taken out). This was done without an appointment, without fuss and took only them about twenty minutes. The repair has increased my satisfaction with an already excellent rifle. This level of service reflects extremely well on both yourselves and Emmett & Stone." - Steve

“I bought a rifle from here at the weekend.  Fantastic service throughout.  I have been back to the shop today as I was having problems filing my PCP with air.  The staff have spent well over an hour helping me set up my scopes and my air bottle and giving me some great advice.  I am now good to go with scopes set up and an air supply!  Thank you for your time and patience.” - Mark

“If we had not found this shop we would have given up shooting.  Tony, Ryan and Sam are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. The shop is well laid out and the service excellent. Since knowing them they have also helped out several of my friends, gun selection, repairs (extremely knowledgeable and well priced, workshop on site for some in house repairs) accessories and clothing. All good quality. Help and advice on where the clubs are and what types of shooting are out there, I had no idea there was so much.  They have helped me progress from air rifles and pistols to clay pigeon shooting. This is where I stay now, a great sport and social event. I would just like to make a public thank you to Tony, Ryan and Sam.  Brilliant I will continue to visit and recommend.” - Terry
