Competitions

1.1 Emmett and Stone Country Sports Ltd (E&S) is running a prize competition offering one winner the opportunity to win one pair of Le Chameau wellies and one Le Chameau boot bag, with a combined stated retail value of £264.95 (“the Prize”).

1.2 The competition is open to both ladies and gents.

1.3 The competition will run from the date it is first published until 5:00pm on 31 October 2026 (“Closing Date”).

1.4 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

2.1 The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of E&S, its associated companies, agents, representatives, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

2.2 E&S reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request proof of age, identity or address.

2.3 E&S may disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or who is suspected of manipulating or abusing the competition.

4.1 By signing up to the E&S newsletter as part of the competition entry process, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from E&S in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

4.2 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the relevant communication.

4.3 E&S will process entrants’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

5.3 The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

5.5 E&S will determine the available size, colour and/or model options of the Prize, subject to availability, unless otherwise stated.

5.6 The Prize can be transferred to another person.

6.1 One winner will be selected from all eligible entries received by the Closing Date.

6.2 The winner will be selected at random.

6.3 The winner will be selected on 31 October 2026 at 5:00pm.

6.4 E&S's decision regarding the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process, except where required by law.

7.1 The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied when entering the competition.

7.2 The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.

7.3 If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, E&S reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7.4 E&S may require the winner to provide reasonable proof of identity, age and/or address before the Prize is provided.

8.1 The Prize must be collected from the E&S shop (or we will arrange for delivery to the winner following successful verification).

8.2 E&S will make reasonable efforts to arrange delivery within a reasonable period following confirmation of the winner.

8.3 E&S accepts no responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

9.1 By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that E&S may announce that they have won the competition.

9.2 Subject to applicable law, the winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, including the use of their name and/or photograph.

9.3 E&S will not publish the winner’s personal contact details.

10.1 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform on which the competition may be promoted.

10.2 Entrants release the relevant social media platform from any liability arising from or relating to this competition.

10.3 Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.

11.1 E&S will collect and process personal information supplied by entrants for the purposes of administering the competition and, where the entrant has consented, sending marketing communications.

11.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with E&S’s Privacy Policy.

11.3 Entrants have rights in relation to their personal data as set out in E&S’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

12.1 E&S reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12.2 E&S reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to circumvent these Terms & Conditions or otherwise acts fraudulently or unfairly.

12.3 E&S will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or otherwise unable to be processed for any technical, network or other reason beyond its reasonable control.

12.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
